The town of Marlborough has had very high electrical outages after each of the last few storms, leaving town residents having to deal with lengthy power outages. Robert Schweizer, looks at damage to a pole and power line on Pettingil Rd. in Marlborough, a little while after crews had removed the debris from the road.
