"Connecticut Chuckles VII"

Gabe West, 5, of Stafford, is helped by Sarah Wilby, Animal Program Curator at the Lutz Children's Museum in Manchester, to put on his groundhog mask.  Wilby taught a workshop about groundhog's in preperation for Monday's Groundhog's Day celebration and the debut of Chuckles VII, their resident groundhog who will appear and predict when winter will end.
