Former Gov. M. Jodi Rell Attends 9/11 Memorial Service

Former Gov. <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="hpp2166" title="M. Jodi Rell" href="/topic/politics/government/m.-jodi-rell-hpp2166.topic">M. Jodi Rell</a> and her husband, Lou, attend a memorial service in <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100201230000" title="Westport" href="/topic/us/connecticut/fairfield-county/westport-PLGEO100100201230000.topic">Westport</a> to commemorate the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. The ceremony was held at the state's <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVHST000001" title="September 11, 2001 Attacks" href="/topic/unrest-conflicts-war/terrorism/september-11-2001-attacks-EVHST000001.topic">9/11</a> memorial at Sherwood Island State Park Thursday evening. Rell said that she has attended the ceremony every year since the attacks.
