Pollen is light and moveable, which means any time you're outside, there's a chance you're collecting it on your clothes. This is a top cause for those with allergies. To avoid suffering, your clothes as much as possible, since pollen attaches to clothing when you're outside, and will remain on the clothes long afterward. Shower immediately after being outside, especially before going to bed. After being outside you've allowed pollen to attach to your skin, and after sleeping for many hours you'll wake up miserable.
