Democrats open Waynesboro office

Franklin County, Pa., Democrats socialize Monday at the opening of their Waynesboro, Pa., office at 4 E. Main St. The office will be open through the Nov. 6 general election and joins one on South Main Street in Chambersburg, Pa. County Republicans have an office in Chambersburg's Southgate Shopping Center.
