Texas Gov. Rick Perry is raiding East Coast states for jobs. He’ll visit New York State and Connecticut, touting his state’s low taxes and lax business regulations.  He’s also trying to lure businesses out of California and Illinois. Is life in Texas better than Connecticut? Maybe for a business, but what about for the workers? What’s your view?
