Week 7 includes a five minute walking warm-up followed by a 25 minute jog which you'll do 3 times this week. No intervals necessary for you honey! You ended with this run last week now hopefully you'll be feeling confident about tackling it again this week. I know you can do it, now you just need to believe in yourself. The mix includes much of the same music we've been listening to (which hopefully you've enjoyed). Psych yourself up!
