A free program offered at four YMCAs in the Hartford area for cancer survivors.

It provides a 12 week free membership for cancer survivors of any type, any time, who learn how to live a healthier life. The classes teach how to use the various machines, provide mini classes in zumba, yoga, wall climbing, water aerobics, as well as information about nutrition and wellness.
