Benvenuto Cellini's "Saliera"

Sometimes referred to as "the Mona Lisa of sculpture," the Saliera, or Salt Cellar, was created by Italian scuptor and goldsmith Benvenuto Cellini sometime between 1539 and 1543. It was stolen in 2003 from the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna and recovered in 2006, after having been found buried in a lead box in a forest near Zwettl, Austria.
