Remnants Of The Home Of Tapheny

Warren Perry and Jerry Sawyer, the archaeologists working at the Salem site of an 18th century plantation, uncovered the remnants of the home of Tapheny, an Indian/African healer and one of the plantation slaves. There they found some plant species believed to have been brought from Africa. STEPHEN DUNN
