There is renewed conversation about whether schools should arm teachers and administrators or let them carry concealed weapons. A school shooting in New Mexico last week in which two students were injured was the 30th since the Newtown massacre on Dec. 14, 2012 -- and then came more shootings, at Widener University in Pennsylvania and at Purdue, among other schools.
