The NCAA is investigating reigning Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel for reportedly making a cool $7,500 autographing football memorabilia. Problem is, that’s an NCAA no-no. If Manziel is found in violation, it could end “Johnny Football’s” collegiate career. Collegiate athletes are barred from profiting on the sale of products or services -- even autographs. Even though the NCAA profits mightily off the collegiate players. Is it hypocritical for the NCAA to restrict players’ trade in themselves? Should players be allowed to make a buck off their fame? Or would that cheapen the amateur game? Talk about it!
