Newtown Educators Honored

Medal of Honor recipients posthumously honored six teachers and staff of Sandy Hook Elementary School in a special ceremony at Newtown High School in Newtown, awarding them their Citizen Service Before Self Honors award. Family members accepted the award for Rachel D'Avino, Dawn Hochsprung, Anne Marie Murphy, Lauren Rousseau, Mary Sherlach, and Victoria Soto.
