Kent Falls State Park

From Route 7 in Kent, cross Bulls Bridge, a covered timber truss built in 1842. The 109-foot-bridge spans the Housatonic River. Explore the village of Kent, hike the falls of the state park and see water cascading 250 feet down on its way to joining the Housatonic River. For families there are picnic areas, three observation decks and fishing. Rick Hartford/Hartford Courant
