Mohegan Sun will host former Rangers Ron Greschner and Nick Fotiu at an October 20th event. Greschner and Fotiu will sign autographs and mingle with fans, starting at 4 p.m. in The Shops at Mohegan Sun.
Greschner played 16 seasons in the NHL, debuting with the Rangers in 1974. In 982 games with the Rangers, he notched 610 points.
He is currently the Executive Director of the Ron Greschner Foundation, which supports autism research and awareness.
Fotiu played with the Rangers in the late 1970s and was also a member of the Whalers, both in the WHA and NHL. He played for the New England Whalers (1974-76) and skated for the Hartford Whalers in 1979-80 and 1980-81, returning to the Rangers that season.
He also spent three seasons as an assistant coach with the Hartford Wolf Pack.
