Members of the First Company Governor's Foot Guard stand outside the new veterans health center in Rocky Hill during the dedication ceremony for the $33.8 million facility in May 2008. The facility has been named for U.S. Air Force Sgt. John Lee Levitow, of Glastonbury, who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for saving the lives of his eight crew members after being critically injured on a combat mission over South Vietnam in 1969.
