BILCHECK SAID: “If it was passing, throwing, punting, playing defensive back, whatever I could do to help the team that's what I wanted to do. Being part of the team that beat Xavier to end its 30-game winning streak and then to top it all off by winning the Class L championship were the most important things for the team, especially the seniors.”
FILIPPONE SAID: “He was the catalyst for success on offense. Whenever we needed a big play, either he got it or made the call to get the ball to the right person. He has a great football IQ.”
