Right on time for National Hamburger Month: The Capital Grille has doubled its burger offerings on its lunch menu, adding three new options for daytime dining.
The new burgers include a Kona coffee-crusted Wagyu burger with shallot mayonnaise ($17,) a wild mushroom Wagyu cheeseburger with 15-year aged balsamic ($18) and an Oscar-style Wagyu burger with jumbo lump crab and Bearnaise ($19.) These join The Grille's signature cheeseburger with smoked bacon and sweet onions, the Wagyu cheeseburger with fried egg and crisp onions and the lobster and crab burger with tartar sauce. Burgers come with a side of Parmesan truffle fries.
