New Menu Items at Bonefish Grill

S'mores flatbread, crab fried rice, white truffle butter and ceviche in a glass made of ice: You'll find these items and more on the new menu at Bonefish Grill, with restaurants in South Windsor and Newington.

Bonefish launched its new "guest-inspired" menu this week, with 20 new features including bowls with spicy tuna, seared strip steak and roasted vegetables; wood-grilled steaks with signature sauces like Asian peppercorn demi-glace and creamy mushroom and bacon; and "deluxe sides" like porcini-stuffed ravioli.

To start, there's a "twisted" edamame hummus with soybeans standing in for garbanzos and New York strip tataki with mustard soy sauce, along with a flatbread topped with Bonefish's spicy Bang Bang shrimp. The "cold snap ceviche" features chilled bay scallops, shrimp, fresh fish, avocado, cucumber, jalapeno, citrus and cilantro in an ice cylinder.
