'Grilled and Chilled' Dinner at Vito's By The Water Sept. 3

Vito's By The Water, 1936 Blue Hills Ave. Ext., Windsor, hosts a "Grilled and Chilled" dinner Sept. 3 at 6:30 p.m. The event features several courses of grilled fare, paired with creative specialty cocktails.

The menu:

Agave and Grape Oysters: Blue Point oysters grilled with spicy Manchego cheese, crisped chorizo, minced grapes, agave syrup, Svedka Citron, and lemon. Topped with tostada dust
Paired With: Frozen agave, grape and lemon Svedka rita with a splash of housemade falernum.

Grilled Kale Salad: With ricotta and plums
Paired With: Frozen pitted fruit sangria with Svedka Cherry and sake.

Grilled Bison Sliders: Dressed with a blueberry BBQ sauce, goat cheese and red onion. Served with seasonal grilled potato planks.
Paired With: Blueberry basil Svedka martini pop dressed in prosecco.

Grilled Surf and Turf: Pan-seared tuna bite and sesame teriyaki steak
Paired With: Tropical vodka collins, frozen watermelon, mint, Svedka Mango Pineapple, and cucumber.

Grilled PB&J Nutella Panini garnished with powdered sugar
Paired With: Svedka Vanilla Bean root beer float
