Bricco, Grants Chefs Host Farm to Table Dinner At Rose's Berry Farm

The menu includes passed hors d'oeuvres, panzanella salad, local breads, potato gnocchi with scarpiello sugo, East Coast swordfish, braised beef short ribs, family-style vegetables and several desserts. Local beer, wine and craft cocktails will be served.
