Chef Billy Grant and sous chefs from Restaurant Bricco, Bricco Trattoria and Grants host a farm-to-table dinner at Rose's Berry Farm in South Glastonbury Sept. 25 at 6 p.m.
The menu includes passed hors d'oeuvres, panzanella salad, local breads, potato gnocchi with scarpiello sugo, East Coast swordfish, braised beef short ribs, family-style vegetables and several desserts. Local beer, wine and craft cocktails will be served.
