Mill on the River plans a tour through Europe for its special wine dinner Oct. 31 at 6:30 p.m.
The menu features herbed goat cheese and roasted heirloom beet timbale; chanterelle arancini with tomato fondue; maple-cardamom glazed salmon; pork confit with root vegetable hash and apple cider reduction with creme fraiche and chocolate torte with salted caramel jus and black pepper ice cream. Each course will be paired with wines from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Cost is $74.99, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations require a credit card.
