It’s St. Patrick’s Day, with plenty of opportunities to get your Irish on. Find your best green attire for a full schedule of pub crawls, parties, parade festivities, whiskey and beer specials, and traditional Irish fare.

Mohegan Sun celebrates the holiday with traditional Irish fare March 17 at Seasons Buffet, including corned beef, Irish soda bread, Guinness Irish stew, boxty, shepherd’s pie, steamed cabbage, colcannon, Irish potato salad, parsley boiled potatoes, Dubliner coddle and grilled beef sausage. Todd English’s Tuscany also offers a $34 St. Patrick’s Day meal from 5 to 10 p.m., including house-made Kobe corned beef, Guinness risotto, honey glazed carrots and cabbage béchamel.

The Landsdowne Irish Pub & Music House opens March 17 at 10:30 a.m., with live entertainment, food, drink specials and giveaways (no cover all day), and the first 100 guests take home an engraved commemorative Guinness glass. mohegansun.com.

Foxwoods’ property-wide “Sham-Rocked” pub crawl festivities begin at 6 p.m. on March 17, with food and beverage specials at participating locations. These include Guinness draughts, Jameson cocktails, corned beef and cabbage dinners and more at High Rollers, Scorpion Bar, Cedars Lounge, Alta Strada, Hard Rock Cafe, David Burke Prime, Veranda Cafe and Festival Buffet. Max Fish, 110 Glastonbury Blvd., Glastonbury, serves an Irish-influenced prix-fixe menu on March 17; $29.95 for three courses. Options include choice of smoked haddock chowder, winter chopped salad or potato boxty; entrée of classic corned beef and cabbage, beer-battered fish and chips or herb-crusted salmon and Bailey’s mousse cake for dessert. At the Half Door, 270 Sisson Ave., Hartford, doors open at 8 a.m. March 17 with “kegs and eggs” from 8 to 11 a.m., traditional Irish fare all day, and live music and entertainment, including Irish dance, all day and night. Angelico’s Lake House, 81 N. Main St., East Hampton, offers a full corned beef dinner for $15.95 on March 17, along with shepherd’s pie, Guinness stew, Irish nachos and an Irish cheddar burger. In the bar, enjoy all-you-can-eat corned beef dinner with beer and well drinks for $29.95.

The evening also features live music, bagpipes and Irish step-dancing shows (with dance lessons for children). Make reservations for the Tiki Taxi, Angelico’s free shuttle service, which operates within a 10-mile radius of the restaurant.

Main St., West Hartford, hosts a St. Patrick’s Day dinner March 17 at 6:30 p.m. The menu features courses like smoked haddock rillettes, apple almond farro salad with slow-roasted pork shoulder, and honey and stout-braised short rib paired with Guinness beer and whiskey-based cocktails. $85 plus tax and gratuity.
