On Christmas Day, a buffet dinner served from noon to 6 p.m. features a Yuletide harvest table with meats and cheeses, seafood sampler, salads, a carving station with roast prime rib and leg of lamb and entrees like porcini-encrusted filet medallions, blackened Arctic char and cornmeal fried oysters, and assorted desserts.
