Ballast Point beers and spirits and farm-to-table cuisine star at Oak Haven Table & Bar's special brunch Saturday, Sept. 19, featuring beverages from the San Diego craft brewery and distillery.
The New Haven spot serves a sweet and savory a la carte menu with bruleed grapefruit, coffee vanilla porter-infused silver dollar pancakes, brunch burrito with local shredded braised beef, Rohan duck and pumpkin ale-infused waffles and crispy pork belly with peaches. Featured Ballast Point beers include Pumpkin Down, Dead Ringer, Victory at Sea, Even Keel, Big Eye, Grapefruit Sculpin, Longfin, Sour Wench, Grunion and Fathom. Oak Haven will also feature Ballast Point spirits in specialty cocktails.
