Flavortown, meet Foxwoods.
Guy Fieri's Foxwoods Kitchen + Bar, by celebrity chef and Food Network star Guy Fieri, opened in 2016 on the casino level of the Grand Pequot Tower. The 9,800-square foot, 258-seat restaurant showcases an open kitchen design and a 42-foot wooden-top bar with tempered glass, according to a news release.
Menu items include shareable starters, salads, wings, sandwiches, "big bite" burgers and "fork and knife" entrees, with featured dishes like Fieri's "trash can nachos," "Vegas Fries" with spicy buffalo dust, blue cheese and blue cheese-wasabi dipping sauce; a BBQ banh mi, and seven-layer dark chocolate whiskey cake.Starters are $12 to $18, soups and salads are $10 to $18, burgers and sandwiches are $16 to $20.
A full bar features beer, wine and signature cocktails ($12 to $14) like the Caliente Margarita with jalapeño-infused Corzo tequila and cilantro; the Guido's Freaky Tiki with Bacardi rums and passion fruit, and the Tattooed Mojito, with Havana Club anejo rum and muddled blackberry and mint.
Fieri's Foxwoods restaurant is part of the Big Night Entertainment Group, which also operates Shrine Nightclub, High Rollers, Red Lantern and Scorpion Bar at the casino, in addition to other restaurant and nightclub properties in the Boston area.
