Billy Grant Restaurant Group hosts a holiday-themed dinner at Hartford Flavor Company (30 Arbor St., Hartford) Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m.
The event is a glimpse at Grant's family holiday menu, with stationed and passed hors d'oeuvres; Venetian-style seafood salad with calamari, octopus, sea scallops; ravioli en brodo, ragu of lamb with creamy heirloom polenta; glazed Christmas ham and prime rib with charred Brussels sprouts and pistachio cake for dessert. Dinner also features wine pairings and craft cocktails, featuring Hartford Flavor Company products.
