The Simsbury Inn hosts Easter brunch seatings at 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. The menu features salads and a seafood display, an 'action station' with made-to-order eggs and omelettes, assorted Belgian waffles and crepes; a carving station with lamb, sirloin and glazed ham; a hot buffet with breakfast dishes, chicken, veal and fish; and a dessert display.
