Guanciale Pizza from Tarry Lodge, New Haven
This wood-fired pie at Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's Tarry Lodge is a study in lavish toppings: salty, porky guanciale (cured meat from pig jowl); earthy, fragrant shaved black truffles and a sunny-side-up egg with textbook-perfect runny yolk. It's breakfast for dinner, for the 1 percent.
