What infusions are you making?
Our infusions are constantly changing. Infusions are what's popular now. We do a pineapple vodka infusion. We also do a Werthers caramel-in-vodka infusion. Our moonshine infusions are pretty tasty. We are soaking Red Hot's in it for a Fireball moonshine. And for Valentine's Day we plan on a strawberry vanilla infusion. That is going to make an excellent martini. All the drinks we have here, you can get at our Windsor location as well.
What three bottles can't you part with?
Jameson, hands down; Ketel One is a staple and Tanguaray. Honesty, draft beer is just as important. You got to have it fresh and you got to have it rotating.
Do you think bars are a good place to meet people?
I think bars are a great first date place. I think it's going to happen when you least expect it though. Don't go to a bar having expectations that you will meet the love of your life.
What's the best cocktail name you've come up with?
I love wine and I'm obsessed with sangria. I make it at home, year round. However, we don't serve sangria here yet because we are big on infusions. So I would say, Pistachio Ice Cream. There is actually no ice cream in it, but it tastes like there is. It's served up, either as a shot or as a martini.
