Too young for life sentence

Kyan Bucknor was 17 when he shot and wounded Broward Sheriff's Deputy Al Hibbert. He was sentenced to life in prison, but a later U.S. Supreme Court ruling determined such sentences unconstitutional for minors in non-homicide cases.
