It features a 6,800 square foot multi-media exhibit, "History is All Around Us," which tells the story of Hartford and the importance of history in our lives. Explore the Emily Seymour Goodwin Holcombe Education Center; shop in the Museum Store; and experience "Hartford Begins Here: Connecticut's Old State House," an interactive audio tour exploring the historic rooms. Group tours available by reservation. Hours: Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
