Judge Tells 'Jersey Shore' Cast Member To Behave Or Go To Jail
A member of the’Jersey Shore’ house could be facing jail time if he doesn’t stay out of trouble, an Ocean County judge said Monday.

Ronald “Ronnie” Ortiz-Magro, 25 of the Bronx, is still battling assault charges from a fight outside a Seaside Heights nightclub in September 2009, which was aired on the first season of the MTV hit series.

Ortiz reportedly assaulted Stephen Izzo who has a civil suit pending against the self-proclaimed "juice head."

Ortiz pleaded not guilty to third-degree assault in February.

On Monday, after appearing in New Jersey Superior Court before Judge Stephanie M. Wauters, Ortiz was admitted into an 18-month pretrial intervention program.

Under the program, he neither admits nor denies guilt, and if he stays out of trouble within the 18-month long program, charges will be dismissed. "The Jersey Shore" star also agreed to do community service.
