Holiday parties can become a bit stale and redundant after a while. And let's face it, the best part of the holiday season is the food. Chef Jehan deNoüe, resident chef of Albano Appliance & Service in Pound Ridge, New York is here to help freshen things up a bit. He'll be at the Ridgefield Playhouse Tuesday night to demonstrate how to build a proper cheese platter, chateaubriand and dessert with traditional French style so that even if your party sucks, at least everyone will be well fed. Attendees will get to taste what the chef prepares and sample wine pairings from 109 Market Cheese & Wine.
