For the BEST PIZZA, and the BEST PASTA - RUN to Mancusco's Italian Restaurant in Fairfield, CT. I've been eating here for years. Their homemade pasta is cooked to perfection everytime. Their sauces are all freshly made. Beautiful fresh salads. And by far, the BEST PIZZA IN CONNECTICUT. The service is warm and friendly and sure to make you feel like royalty.
From my experience being a bit of a pizza snob my vote is for Mancuso's Italian Restaurant in Fairfield CT.
The owner goes to Hunts Point in NY weekly to buy the best food ingredients available often Organic.
The sauce is made fresh several days a week, you can't beat the taste, flavor or freshness of there pizza and food in general!
They are located two minutes from I95 Black Rock Turnpike exit , on their website they have a map to the location http://www.mancusos-restaurant.net definitely worth the trip!
