Here's a list of some restaurants and bars, some offering discounts and specials, near the XL Center in downtown Hartford. Click the links for menu information. For restaurants offering a discounts with a ticket stub, a few rules apply: Each person must present a stub for the discount, which does not include tax, gratuity or alcoholic beverages. The Hartford Star Shuttle is a free bus service the loops the downtown area. The XL Center is at stop 10.
