Wine Dinners At Max A Mia, Al Forno Rescheduled

Because of the impending storm, two restaurants have rescheduled planned wine dinners.

Max a Mia's Oct. 29 Banfi wine dinner in Avon has been moved to Nov. 5. Cost is $65, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations: 860-677-6299. maxrestaurantgroup.com/amia.

Alforno's Oct. 30 Italian wine dinner, with wines from Donnachiaria of Campania, has been postponed until Nov. 13. The five-course dinner is $75 all inclusive (or $60 plus tax and tip). 860-399-2346, alforno.net.
