This one's for the carb lovers. In honor of National Ravioli Day March 20, Todd English's Tuscany at Mohegan Sun has designed a special menu around the filled pasta. Four courses of ravioli will be served Wednesday for $30 a person.
First course: Ravioli "3 ways" (creamed spinach, egg yolk, mushroom ragout, brown butter and toasted bread crumb)
Second course: Ravioli Fegatini (Maine lobster, scallops, and shrimp, asparagus, brandy and fresh dill in a lemon butter and chive air)
Third course: Short rib agnolotti (wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, mascarpone cream, finished with parmesan and truffle
Fourth course: Chocolate hazelnut ravioli, sugared mint and raspberry sauce
