CW's Chops 'n' Catch hosts a Ten Penny/Onyx Moonshine dinner Monday, Jan. 7 at 6:30 p.m. The four-course menu features cuisine crafted with Olde Burnside beer and Manchester's Onyx Moonshine.
Courses include a "burger Rockafella" with ground NY strip, creamed spinach and bearnaise sauce; roasted duck blue corn crepe, a choice of cheddar souffled pork chop with peach/Dirty Penny Ale reduction or pan-seared scallops with Ten Penny/cheddar sauce and sweet potato gnocchi and a dark chocolate/Onyx Moonshine pecan cheesecake.
