Stone Brewing Beer Dinner at Max's Oyster Bar March 6

Max's Oyster Bar, 964 Farmington Avenue, West Hartford, presents a dinner with Stone Brewing Company March 6, pairing the California brewery's craft beers with the cuisine of executive chef Scott Miller.

The event features special guest Jeff Nelson, Stone's New England regional representative.

Menu:

Hiramasa crudo, foie gras powder, freeze dried strawberry, shiso (Stone Levitation Ale)

Chilaquiles verde, farm egg, queso oaxaca (Stone IPA)

Pine needle-smoked Pork Jowl, lime leaf, radish, pickles (Sublimely Self-Righteous)

Chicken fried short ribs, cheddar waffle, white gravy (Enjoy By IPA)

Apple, caramel, blue cheese (Old Guardian)
