Paella Month Continues At Costa del Sol

In recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month, Costa del Sol in Hartford offers four special paella dishes throughout October.

Alongside its regular paellas with seafood, chicken, chorizo and seasonal vegetables, the restaurant also offers a lobster paella; a "midnight" paella with seafood cooked in squid ink; rabbit paella with onions, mushrooms and peppers; and fideua, a noodle-based paella with clams, shrimp, fish and squid.
