Trumbull Kitchen hosts a dinner with Vermont's Long Trail Brewing Company June 18 at 6 p.m., with cuisine by executive chef Chris Torla.

The menu:

Grilled Stonington scallops¿ with crisp Yukon Gold potatoes, spicy tomato vinaigrette and pickled wild leeks¿ (Long Trail Blackberry Wheat¿¿)

Roasted baby golden beet salad¿ with organic greens and chevre (¿Long Trail Belgian White¿¿)

Smoked pork tenderloin with ¿cracked pepper, cauliflower puree, green peppercorns and spring asparagus (¿Long Trail Ale¿¿)

Lime-chili grilled skirt steak¿ with charcoaled scallions, soft tortillas and cilantro¿ (Long Trail IPA)

Warm polenta cake with ¿orange blossom yogurt and espresso caramel (¿Long Trail Brew Master Coffee Stout)
