Two Connecticut chefs known for a commitment to local, sustainable cuisine partner for a special project this fall. Joel Viehland of Washington's Community Table and Tyler Anderson of Millwright's in Simsbury will be swapping kitchens for two dinner events.
On Oct. 15 at 6 p.m., Viehland will present his locally-inspired cuisine in Simsbury in a six-course meal with accompanying wine. Anderson returns the favor in Washington on Nov. 11. Tickets for each dinner are $90, plus tax and gratuity.
