This week's special highlights the yellow Siberian watermelon. The first course, a watermelon tomato soup with cucumber cilantro relish, is followed by a grilled watermelon and panko crusted portobello steak with spicy tomatillo salsa and jicama mizuna salad, finishing with a watermelon cream trifle for dessert.
