Firebox's Frog Hollow Social Club returns for a third event Monday, July 15, at 6 p.m.
The unique dinner series, created and executed by executive chef Sean Farrell, sous chefs John Lagosz Sinclair and Ed Jones III and general manager Spiro Koulouris, is described as "a constantly evolving gathering centered around, food, drink, music and art."
As with the other dinners in the series, Monday's menu remains a secret until the night of the event. But the restaurant has provided some hints: American guinea hog from New Hartford's MarWin Farm, huitlacoche (corn smut) and beers from Relic Brewing in Plainville and Maine Beer Company of Freeport, Maine.
