Plan B Burger Bar, 1000 West Columbus Avenue, Springfield, hosts a "backyard barbecue" with a view of the Springfield fireworks July 4. The patio event  is $40 per person, including one beer and all-you-can-eat burgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, potato salad and watermelon. Children under 12 are $20.
