Jonathan Edwards Winery, 74 Chester Maine Road, North Stonington, hosts "Flight Nights" at the winery throughout January and February. Sample cellared vintages paired with gourmet bites from local restaurants.
The events will be held Jan. 9 and 23, and Feb. 6 and 20 at 7 p.m., with special guest chefs from Daniel Packer Inne of Mystic, Gracie's of Providence, Viking Hotel of Newport and CW's Chops n' Catch of Manchester. Jan. 9 features Cabernet Sauvignon, Jan. 23 is Zinfandel, Feb. 6 highlights Cabernet Franc and Feb. 20 features Syrah.
