Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 44 South Main Street, West Hartford, recently introduced a "Taste the Season" menu, with two courses for $40.95.
Lemon ricotta crostini with Bosc pear is served as a first course, followed by an iron-seared Delmonico steak with bearnaise butter, spiced blue crab glacage, potato cake and heirloom carrots with lemon-garlic butter.
