Frog Hollow Social Club, a collaboration between executive chef Sean Farrell, sous chefs John Lagosz Sinclair and Ed Jones III and general manager Spiro Koulouris, is described as a "constantly evolving gathering centered around, food, drink, music and art." Monday's event is a nine-course tasting menu paired with complementing beverages.
The menu will be kept under wraps until the night of the event, said Jones, but the chefs are previewing sneak peeks of the courses on Twitter, like this pork belly with compression-pickled kimchi on a stick.
"We are all really excited about sharing these dishes and drinks with everyone," Jones said.
