Following a similar event at The Mill at 2T on March 18, top Connecticut chefs will again convene for a fundraising dinner to benefit Share Our Strength. The next event is planned at Grants in West Hartford on April 1 at 6 p.m.
Each participating chef will cook one course apiece. Scheduled chefs include Scott Miller of Max's Oyster Bar in West Hartford, Adam Greenberg and Alex Feldman of Barcelona, Jesse Powers of Cavey's in Manchester, Dan Meiser and James Wayman of Oyster Club in Mystic, Corey Cannon of Bricco Trattoria in Glastonbury, Billy Grant of Grants/Restaurant Bricco/Bricco Trattoria and Lynn Mansel, executive pastry chef at Mohegan Sun.

Share Our Strength is a national campaign committed to ending childhood hunger. The organization will host several annual fundraisers around the country, including two Taste of the Nation food and wine galas in Connecticut. Hartford's event takes place April 11 at Marquee Events & Catering, and New Haven's event will be held May 22 at the Omni Hotel at Yale. For more information, visit strength.org.
